N-Tester – the new model combines the advantages of the previous, popular tool with implemented variety corrective sheets, thus allowing immediate display of the recommended fertilizer dose for the specific grain variety. Corrective tables may be updated by the users themselves by downloading them from the producer's website and sending via the N-Tester® USB port. Agri Con, distributor of N-Tester, provides the facility with a very useful spreadsheet allowing recording measurements (taken every 3-5 days during the fertilizing period) and monitoring the nitrogen balance directly in the plant. It is then possible to not only plan the dose but also the date of application The use of N-Tester guarantees the best financial result in nitrogen fertilising – the input : profit ratio, protects against laying and minimizes the nitrogen balance in the soil.

AGRIFAC Condor ClearancePlus – self-propelled sprayer Agrifac Condor with additionally increased clearance ClearancePlus – increased height of as mush as 200 cm from the base – ensures effective solution for crop protection activities for such crops as asparagus, sunflower and maize. AGROTOP SATOR harvester – during construction work on our harvester we took into account the suggestions and advice we obtained from farmers – carrot producers. Features distinguishing our harvester: Design of the digger and the way of its fixing allows easy adjustment of the lead or delay in carrot digging. Design of the servomotor handle (third fixing point) allows fixing the machine on tractors of any brand. Difference in the length of belts shifting carrots for heading and disposal of stems is designed to ensure continuous work without the need to clean the space between the heading knives and the belts. Lateral adjustment of top (driving) belt pulley spacing is designed to precisely determine the place of stems disposal, hence assistance in disposal of stem residues from the belts and prevents clogging of critical spots in the harvester.

ALBUZ BOTT Two new kinds of spray nozzles for fruit-growers – it is an ALBUZA’s proposal for the coming 2012 season. The ATR 60 hollow cone nozzle and ATI 60. The both products have a reduced liquid outflow angle (so far – the angle of 80 degrees) what directs the PP stream extremely precisely. Though these products have been prepared among others for the new types of sprayers (designed with a view of spray precision, better stream control, automatic deactivation of individual spray nozzles) they prove excellently useful in the standard sprayers as well. An additional advantage includes an improvement of working liquid stream range what results from the outflow angle reduction. The use of 60 degree sprayers constitutes a new trend in fruit culture. For the first time the ATI 60 spray nozzle was produced according to the ISO colour code.

BAG POLSKA ROmiLL S600 roller mill is designed for grinding dry and moist grain. It is a stationary machine powered by an 18.5 kW motor. Grinding is carried out by two 600 mm long rollers. This device produces pellet fraction corresponding to the fraction obtained from the hammer mills equipped with sieves with a 3-4 mm mesh size, while reducing dusty fractions not exceeding 5% and up to 50% lower electricity consumption. Roller mill is used mainly in small and medium-sized farms. It is used for the preparation of daily animal feed. Depending on the type and the desired pellet fraction the machine’s performance ranges from 3.0 to 9.0 t/h.

GEM-EKO GEM-Series RTD ECO MINI Hydraulic Briquetting machines: RTD Series versatile hydraulic briquetting machines. Preparation of briquette from materials like sawdust, wood chips, straw, paper and other cellulose-containing materials or having physical properties for compression. Briquetting is carried out without any binders and only by exerting very high pressure of a hydraulic cylinder for appropriate portions of the automatically dispensed material. Humidity of wood should be within 8-12% and should not exceed 17%, with approx. 1-3 mm fraction. These conditions, however, may change depending on the briquetted material – for example, for paper and straw fraction may be significantly greater by even 50mm, and the humidity by around 25-30%. Disk unit with teeth Gregoire-Besson COMBIMIX - this is a facility which combines the operation of teeth, disks and roller. The machine is suspended with two working widths: 3.00 or 3.50 m. At the front end there is a row of teeth (well known by farmers, type Discodent), with bolt or hydraulic protection (as option). The teeth may work to the depth of 30 cm. Two rows of disks are located behind the teeth – disks have diameters of 630 mm and thickness of 6 mm. The disks are coupled in pairs with rubber protection against stones. After the soil is cut by the front teeth it will be further cut and mixed with post harvest residues by the disks. At the end the heavy Emopak roller is installed, diameter of 740 mm, which will level the soil and prepare it for sowing. The roller is hydraulically foldable for transport at the back of the machine. The roller also has hydraulic adjustment of working depth. Combimix is designed for post harvest cultivation and primarily for preparation of soil for sowing when agro-technical deadlines are short. Because of the combination teeth, disks, heavy roller, Combimix performs very well then the soil is very moist. Combimix power demand is 180 to 220 hpm.

Self-propelled Berthoud Raptor sprinklers may be equipped with a tank of : 3200l, 4200l, 5200 litres and the working beam width of 24 to 42 metres. Field beams of Axiale type and triangular design, due to central suspension of the beam, application of springs which maintain equilibrium between the movable and fixed beams, and application of dampers, the beam is always stable and parallel to any subgrade. Berthoud proposes a rotary, double turbine pump for working liquid with yield of 550 l/min (resistant to RSM). Sprinkling yield control (computer DP tronic), constant dose independent from the driving speed. Raptor is equipped with a 6 cylinder Deutz engine with turbocharging, power depending on the capacity of the working liquid tank: 180, 200 or 240 hpm. Maximum speed 40 km/h. Each wheel has an independent drive, 3 modes of wheel operation (torsional front axle, torsional front and rear axle, dog step). Pneumatic suspension of wheel axles. Berthoud Raptor may be equipped (as an option) additionally with a system for automatic section closing by GPS and detectors which will maintain a constant height of the beam above the crop.

Engines provided in these tractors meet the requirements of the new Stage IIIB exhaust gas emission standard. KRAJ Focus T 1000/4 drive - Another version of the unit from the FOCUS group is the 4-metre FOCUS T version based on a semi-suspended system. So far, only the 3-metre version of Focus T drive has been manufactured. It has been appreciated on the market and farmers often inquired about the 4-metre version being a better solution for larger areas of land. The 4-metre structure with a stiff frame has been based on the 3-metre version. The seed box has been enlarged to 1000 dm3 (so far 700 dm3 in the 3-metre version), which ensures better capacity of the unit. The cultivation section comprises a cultivator equipped with two rows of 460 mm discs secured by rubber shock absorbers. The rear tyre roller (175x15) ensures correct soil packing and levelling in front of the disc coulters. The unit is also transported on the tyre roller. The unit pulled by means of the drawbar makes it possible to limit the tractor power demand to 120 HP (a similar unit in the suspended version would require a tractor ensuring approx. 180 HP). The mechanical-pneumatic sowing system used in FOCUS units ensures uniform sowing both on plains and hilly areas. The double-disc alternating self-cleaning coulters equipped with a packing-copying unit ensure accurate sowing on required depth.

PLUS S 700 premium - The compact extendible PLUS units have recently been complemented with the PLUS S 700 premium version, i.e. a combined cultivator and seed drill unit added on the passive cultivator equipped with two rows of reinforced spring-loaded tines of the "SV” type and the CROSSKILL roller (diameter 510 mm). The new feature is the new cultivator type on which the seeder is mounted. A very short harrow with robust tines and a large-dimension roller ensures intensive crushing and compacting action in medium-heavy soils. The seeder mounted on the cultivator employs a traditional mechanical sowing system. It may be equipped with hoe coulters or one-disc coulters to be adjusted to soil conditions. The unit is standard equipped with supports for seeder removal which make it possible to disengage the system and operate only the cultivator. The compact design of the unit makes it possible to cultivate land by means of tractors with power exceeding 120 HP. The unit operating width is 3.0 m and the seed box capacity is max. 700 dm3.

Focus Active 1000/3 drive - So far, the units mounted on active harrows have mostly required 6-cylinder tractors of min. power 140 HP for cultivating purposes. Thus if farmers owned smaller tractors, they were unable to purchase active units. For the purposes of these customers, we have designed a unit which may operate with 4-cylinder tractors of power 100-120 HP. A standard active harrow of the Cyklotiler type is additionally equipped with a pulling drawbar and rear tyre-packing roller used also to transport the unit. A 1000 dm 3 seeder is mounted on the harrow (equipped with a mechanical-pneumatic sowing system). The double-disc alternating self-cleaning coulters equipped with a packing-copying unit ensure uniform sowing on mosaic soils. Efficient land copying makes it possible to use this unit both on plains and hilly areas.

The INTEGRA seeders available in 3 and 4 m operating width are very popular with farmers, thanks to extremely accurate mechanical sowing system which makes it possible to sow fine seeds (doses from 1.5 kg/hectare - rape) and large seeds (doses up to 450 kg/hectare - pea, horse bean). New compact i-Bio compacting-wrapping machine of light design perfectly complements the KUHN range of products for harvesting fodder. The upper compacting chamber of the i-BIO light compacting-wrapping machine (weight 3495 kg) opens after the process of compacting and wrapping a given bale is completed. The tighteners on the hoop allow for wrapping the whole bale. The bale transfer stage has been eliminated thus the risk of changing its shape has been mitigated.

KUHN ISOBUS communication system for fertilizer distributors, compacting and bale wrapping machines. The AXIS 50.1 W fertilizer distributors are equipped with weighing systems in the ISOBUS version with the CCI 100 terminal or in the version without the terminal compatible with the ISOBUS tractor terminal. Apart from the advantages of the standard fertilizer distributor version (capacity up to 500 kg/min, dose weighing and correction every second, operating width 50 m, very slowly rotating fine fertilizer mixer), the ISOBUS version of the AXIS 50.1 W is additionally equipped with: - 750 rpm transmission gear allowing for better adjustment of the machine to high-power tractors equipped only with a 1000 rpm power take-off shaft. Lower engine rpm value results in lower fuel consumption; - electronic control of raising/lowering the guard for border sowing (Telimat) monitored by control equipment. Variable-chamber balers, compacting-wrapping machines, high-pressure presses and, for the first time, wrappers for round and cubicoid bales may be controlled by the CCI terminal or ISOBUS tractor's terminal. A CCI terminal may be connected to a camera monitoring the bale wrapping or forming cycle in a high-pressure press. Numerous applications ensure smart machine operation management and control. The ISOBUS CCI terminal makes it possible to manage the operation of several KUHN machines equipped with the ISOBUS communication system or machines of other manufacturers belonging to the CCI association. This system limits the number of controllers installed in the tractor cab. The most important advantages of this system include ergonomics, possibility of uploading upgrades and a colourful touch-screen to operate additional functions.

New feeding system in KUHN balers - taking into account the growing demands of agricultural machinery users, KUHN has developed a new feeding system with a lowered (drop-down) gatherer floor which is installed as a standard in all variable-chamber balers and VB compacting-wrapping balers with a rotor equipped with the OptiCut cutting unit, VB 2160 and VB 2190 with OptiFeed rotors and in the FB 2135 OptiCut 23 fixed-chamber balers and in the FBP 2135 fixed-chamber compacting-wrapping machines in the OptiCut 23 version.

MESCOMP Mescomp digital lost seed meter for harvester differs from the currently manufactured loss meters in that the beam placed behind the sieves or shakers, coupled with the onboard computer, registers the fall of each seed regardless of its size and humidity. Digital processing of the signal eliminates erroneous signals generated by chaff and small straw particles hitting the beam. The device does not require the past problematic calibration, it measures the harvester driving speed and displays precise losses in thousand seeds per hectare on a current basis. The digital loss meter should be additionally installed on high capacity harvesters operating in fields on rolling land or diversified soil, where factory installed, traditional loss meters fail.

A self-loading agricultural trailer ROTO 6 is designed to pick up fresh grass, grass for hay-silage, straw and hay. Thanks to the system of 23 cutting knives we obtain 5 cm long chaff during the work what is sufficient that the grass is pressed wee on the silo. On the other hand the feed made of chaff of such a length is suitable and willingly accepted by the livestock. The trailer, equipped with a hydraulically “broken” shaft, proves useful in work on the silo – a highly lifted pick-up does not obstruct when entering the pile. VALTRA VALTRA proves that it is possible to increase work efficiency thanks to the use of new technologies and the most modern four-cylinder tractor. The most powerful model from the N series – N163 – obtains up to 700 Nm and 171 HP. The engines with an SCR technology allow to reduce fuel consumption by 5 to 10 %. ZASŁAW ZASŁAW™ monocoque trailer is a product designed for the toughest conditions in agriculture, particularly for clients with large farms. The trailer box was made of the highest grades of steel: sheet flooring – HARDOX 700MC (excellent quality steel, 5 mm thick), side walls – DOMEX 400MC (4 mm thick). Tapered box for easy unloading of clogging materials: front – 2,125 mm, rear: 2,200 mm. ZASŁAW ™ trailer was fitted with a sight glass at the front wall for controlling the loading of the trailer. The manufacturer offers two variants of the new monocoque trailer: 24 m³ and 33 m³.
